Judson had an antiquated CMS system operating its prime marketing tool: JudsonU.edu. After a full search for vendor partners and a year of planning across the university, I created a team for design and data migration of vendors, graduate students and student workers to migrate 1,000 pages of website content. The new website offers a faculty and staff directory, RSS feeds for calendar items and reorganized majors for better optimization. It also would solve our goal of providing an accessible website and used keywords designated for each major and academic program to be ready for SEO.
Move Catalog from Old CMS to New Vendor

Par of our Website Redesign Project included moving the catalog to a Catalog Software Vendor called Leapfrog. As part of the new service, the classes and four-year plans for each major that appear in the catalog also are visible from the JudsonU.edu to help market each major.
Website Pages to Market by Major and Department

One goal of the new Website Redesign Project was to enable the university to market by major. This one change would allow each major to have individual marketing rather than past marketing efforts that marketed a department without calling attention to the majors offered.
